Stakeholder Engagement

Stakeholder Engagement

Both Liz Blume and Emma Shirey-McNamara have extensive experience working in communities of all kinds to generate authentic conversations that create the agency for change from within communities.  We start with the assets in a community (they are always there) and from there look for partners that can support the vision for change communities create for themselves.  This work is not about creating unrealistic visions with no hope of implementation.  It is about working to create the relationships and networks that communities need – inside and out – to accomplish the change they want to see.  It is about learning along side partners and clients how to address issues, innovate,  and create community change.  We believe community change is possible when communities go through the hard work of talking to one another about change, and then working to identify the resources to accomplish their goals.
